For the product to function well, the wearer needs to generate a little warmth themselves which is then reflected back. The gloves themselves are thin and if it is cold outside, we recommend that you wear other gloves on top of ours if you wish to use them outdoors.

Knee pain may be caused by inflammation. For example, if you have arthritis in the knee, then the pain is often caused by inflammation to the surrounding knee capsule; the damaged cartilage itself does not have any nerve supply. The only way to regenerate knee cartilage is by exercise, which is facilitated if the inflammation and pain subside.
The basic knee brace without Velcro is very convenient and easy to wear. This model is appreciated by older people and is perfect for wearing during the night or under slim fitting trousers, for example jodhpurs. The brace is held in place by an elasticised ring fitted into the upper edge. The elasticised ring doesn't take to being stretched. When you put on the brace over your knee, please avoid pulling up the brace by the ring. Rather you should pull up the knee brace by grasping the lower end of the brace.
The Knee Brace with Velcro has an adjustable strap across its upper edge. The strap itself is elasticised, and held in place by two Velcro tabs at each end. The strap can be tightened when exercising or loosened during relaxation. It may even be removed completely, for example when sleeping. As this product can help to disperse oedema and reduce inflammation, the adjustable strap can be quite beneficial in gradually readjusting the brace as your knee returns to normal.
Each side of the knee brace contains two soft steel spring supports which offer a certain amount of support and minimise the risk of the knee brace scrunching up in the crease of your knee.
The Ankle Brace incorporates an adjustable elastic band above the ankle with Velcro attachments at each end. The band is adjustable and removable if necessary. The adjustable band is especially practical when you have an injury that has caused localised swelling, for if the swelling reduces, the adjustable strap allows you to tighten the garment accordingly.
Please note that the Ankle Brace takes a little extra space in your shoes as it is made of a thicker fabric than the socks. This allows for the Ankle Brace's supportive function but also means that the edges may be less comfortable than the socks for some users during longer use. Product information The Back on Track Socks is a greatly appreciated product by our customers. Many people have problems with their feet, either caused by inflammation or poor circulation which leads to freezing. The socks work particularly well in combination with the Back on Track Insoles.
If your heel is part of your particular problem, then the sock is the best choice because it covers the whole foot area. If you have sprained your ankle then the ankle brace may be a better choice as it provides a certain degree of support.
The Neck Brace with Velcro covers the neck and the upper part of the thoracic chest and spine. Although one may presume that the neck vertebrae are often the perceived site of pain in whiplash injuries, it is very common that the upper thoracic spine area also contributes to the pain. The brace offers protection for half the shoulder area.
If pain also affects your shoulders or shoulder blades, then we recommend that you complement the neck brace with a Back on Track T-shirt or Long Sleeved T-shirt to cover the whole area.

We have seen good results with hip pain in the superficial muscles and tendons known as the tensor fascia lata. However, it is easy for an air pocket to appear between the top and the lumbar back region when standing up. So for those affected by backache then the Back Brace and Mattress Overlay are highly recommended as well.
The T-Shirt is ideal for wearing if one has pain/complaints in the shoulder region and even in the neck and back.
In order to achieve optimal effects, skin contact is important, so if one has problems with one's back then it should not hang too loosely. If one has lumbar back problems then it is better to use the back brace. An alternative is to sleep in the T-shirt as that provides good skin contact. If it's the shoulders one has problems with then the T-shirt may be looser fitting as the T-shirt always has direct contact with the shoulders.

The seamless edge is intended to lie closest to the leg in order to minimise the risk of chafing.

The Leg Wraps is ideal in order to increase circulation to prevent swelling, reduce bucked chins and speed up the healing process and as a preventative measure against injury and inflammation. No Bow is a wrap with extra soft edges which are easy to wrap. Because No-Bow wraps are seamless, the risk for chafing creases is minimal. No Bow Leg Wraps have a thin firm filling as well as an exterior fabric made in a cotton polyester mix infused with ceramic fibres.

The Hock Brace may be used for injury prevention in order to minimise inflammation of the joints. It has three velcro straps and is available for both left and right legs. The interior is 50% cotton and 50% polyester fabric infused with ceramic particles, whist the exterior shell is made of neoprene. In order to minimise the risk of the brace sliding down, we recommend that one wrap a pad on the leg below the hock brace. The pad stops the protective brace from sliding down which means that the brace's velcro strap does not need to be pulled so hard. This minimises any risk for stasis when the horse is lying down and bends the hook.

The Knee Brace is often used as a preventative measure on horses that are prone to inflammations or lameness in the carpus. The Knee Brace has three velcro straps and is available for the right or left leg. The interior is made of a 50% cotton and 50% polyester fabric infused with ceramic particles, whist the exterior shell is made of neoprene.
In order to minimise the risk of the brace sliding down, we recommend that one wrap the leg below the brace and allow the wrap to go a couple of centimetres above the boot. This helps to minimise any risk for the protective brace to slide down which means that the boot doesn't need to be pulled too firmly. One can try turning the boot upside down in order to change the fit considering that the lower opening is smaller than the upper one.

The Horseback Warmer covers the important muscles of the back, lumbar region and around the breast. The back warmer is intended for use in order to achieve a more supple back or if the horse has a localised problem in its back musculature or where the quarter muscles origin. Both the lining and exterior fabrics are made of ceramic infused polypropylene fabric, with a thin filling in between. The back warmer has a removable velcro strap along the whole length of the back in order to attach it to the horse's regular blanket. Loose separate metal rings which need to be sewn on to the rug are included. The Neck Brace is fastened under the neck with three velcro straps.
